Ready to elevate your fitness? RipTide offers a diverse range of workout, mobility, and nutrition classes tailored for all ages and fitness levels. Our instructors ensure each session is both challenging and rewarding.

Our drop-in rate is $12 per class for flexible scheduling. Alternatively, you can purchase a 10-session package for $100, valid a year from the purchase date.

HIIT Factory

Join us for a 40-minute ultimate workout that blends boxing and kickboxing basics with interval training fun.

Mon: 6 pm

Max Burn

Join our 30-minute HIIT workout combines strength and cardio. Enjoy motivating music while you challenge yourself and feel stronger

Fitness Fusion

Join Joni for a focused class that strengthens your core and glutes, enhancing posture, strength, performance, and physique.

Mobility Zone

This unique class leads you through a science based movement system (FRC) for joint health, longevity, flexibility, strength and mobility.

RipTide Nutrition Lab
Join our monthly 60-minute nutrition class for effective strategies on fat loss, muscle gain, and performance. Each session focuses on a key topic with actionable tools, real food guidance, and a live Q&A.

First Sunday of every month at 11:45 am

Core & Restore

Rebuild your core strength and flexibility through Pilates based postures exercises, and breathing techniques.

Wed: 10:30 am

Beginner Gains

A fitness class for weightlifting to learn proper form and mechanics. Joni guide you to build a solid foundation and prevent injuries. Sun: 9:45 am
