-Returning after injury or time away

-Want to feel confident using gym equipment

-Want structure, not guesswork

This program is perfect for you!

-Two 45-minute sessions per week for 4 weeks (8 sessions total)

-Sessions are semi-private with a 4 person maximum

-Coach-led and focused on equipment use, movement basics and safe strength training

The cost for each block is $199 per person &  features its own unique schedule, so be sure to select the one that best fits your needs during the checkout process.
