A small group, coach-led program designed to give you the clarity, confidence and structure you need to build strength - safe and effectively. 

Schedule + Price

Sessions are semi-private with a 4 person maximum. Each block includes two 45-minute sessions per week for 4 weeks (8 sessions total).

The cost for each block is $199 per person & features its own unique schedule, so be sure to select the one that best fits your needs during the checkout process.
