My Story
Kerry Wren is a strength coach and personal trainer who is passionate about helping people build real strength, lasting confidence, and a body that supports them through every stage of life.
Her coaching style blends challenge with encouragement. Kerry is known for pushing her clients to do things they once believed they couldn’t, all while keeping the energy light, positive, and often filled with laughter. She believes the gym should be a place you’re excited to walk into, not intimidated by, and works hard to create an environment where clients feel both supported and motivated to give their best effort.
Kerry specializes in body composition training, helping clients lose body fat, build lean muscle, and develop strength that carries into everyday life. Much of her work focuses on helping people build confidence and maintain strength as they age, allowing them to stay capable, resilient, and independent for years to come.
She works with clients through in-person training, online coaching, and hybrid programs that combine both, giving people the structure and accountability they need whether they’re in the gym or training on their own.
Kerry also works with women through pregnancy and postpartum, helping them stay strong, supported, and connected to their bodies throughout this important transition.
Above all, Kerry’s goal is to help her clients feel confident in the gym and capable on their own. By teaching proper training principles and building real strength, she empowers people to take ownership of their health long after their sessions end.
