Hands-On Corrective Treatment

​Corrective Performance Blocks are conducted directly with Ari, combining movement assessment, corrective strength work and targeted soft-tissue treatment.

Sessions may include:

Instrument-assisted soft tissue work (graston technique)

Fascial release and adhesion treatment

Mobility restoration and joint positioning work

Neuromuscular retraining and movement sequencing

Progressive strength integration

This hands-on approach allows restrictions in the movement chain to be addressed directly while retraining the body to move and load properly.
