12 weeks

Includes:

Personalized strength training program

12 in-person coaching sessions (60 minutes,1x/week)

Personalized macro-based nutrition coaching

Weekly check-ins and program adjustments

Education on body recomposition

Best For Someone Who:

Is self-motivated and disciplined

Can follow a plan independently

Wants expert structure but doesn't need high-touch accountability

Simply needs the right system and periodic coaching

Tier 2- The Comeback Intensive

12 weeks

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

24 in-person coaching sessions (60 minutes, 2x/week)

Increased accountability and faster feedback

Hands-on guidance for technique and progression

Best For Someone Who:

Wants more structure and accountability 

Prefers being coached through workouts

Moves faster with regular in-person guidance

Wants stronger momentum and support

Tier 3 - High Accountability Coaching

Some people know they need a higher level of accountability.

This tier is designed for someone who:

Struggles with self-accountability

Finds themselves slipping back into old habits

Needs frequent guidance around food decisions

Wants more regular communication and support
