My work focuses on identifying those restrictions and rebuilding movement so the body can train without compensation - blending movement assessment, corrective strength training and hands-on soft tissue treatment. My approach includes techniques like Graston, fascia release, and neuromuscular retraining to help gym-goers and athletes of all levels return to pain-free training and regain strength effectively.
