Kerry Wren is a strength coach who specialize in body recomposition - helping clients lose body fat, build lean muscle and rebuild strength at any stage of life. 

many of the people Kerry works with feel like they've "lost" their strength somewhere along the way - after years of dieting, injuries, pregnancy or simply putting everyone else first. Her coaching focuses on rebuilding strength, confidence and resilience through structured training and sustainable nutrition. 

Kerry is known for creating an environment where clients feel both supported and challenged. Through progressive strength training and clear accountability, she helps people develop stronger bodies that move better, feel better and support them through everyday life.
